Moving!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I'm going to try this again... I tried to continue blogging, but soon forgot about it.😂 So. Let's start over. 👍 This past summer, around February, we were going to the Freed-Hardeman University Lectureships. We were going to meet up with a friend from the area. And daddy said that he was going to park the car, but for some reason, he didn't come back for a long time. I didn't think much of it because the restaurant was busy. So when he did come back we finished eating and went on our way. About a month later daddy got a call. It was Mr. Wayne Scott. I asked what the call was about, but he told me not to worry about it. Now it was about May when Momma and Daddy looked at each other in the car and I knew that something was up. Then they started talking and asked us what we thought about moving. So, me and my sisters were getting confused. But then I realized what all of those calls and times we spent waiting for daddy to "park the car" were. Daddy said that we weren't sure, but we might be moving. Kaitlyn didn't like the idea at all. And, to be honest, I didn't either. Not at first anyway. They told us that Daddy was going to try out for the preaching job at this place called the Petersville Church of Christ. We figured that no matter who he tried out against, Daddy would get the job. And he did! Now it was only a matter of should he take the job? We decided as a family that it would be a great opportunity and that he should take the job. And, so, Daddy did get the job, and he took it. On August 9th was the date we would officially move, and on the next Sunday, August 11 Daddy preached his first sermon at the Petersville congregation in Florence, Al. It is definately different here than in South Carolina. Mostly because of all of the Alabama fans. But I suppose God will forgive them.😉 We all love it here because there is a lot to do and the people are very sweet. But be very careful if your parents get some mysterious calls and tell you not to worry about it...
